Legal Agreement: By accessing or using the Hearing Benefit Services website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Hearing Benefit Services, a limited liability company duly registered in the State of Hawaii.
01 Complete Advisements — Hearing Aid Purchases
The following advisements apply to all hearing aid purchases made through Hearing Benefit Services, regardless of state of residence, unless superseded by more specific state law requirements listed in Section 02.
- You have been advised that a hearing aid will not restore normal hearing, nor will it prevent further hearing loss.
- You have been advised at the outset of your relationship with Hearing Benefit Services that any examination or representation made by a licensed hearing instrument fitter or dispenser in connection with the fitting and selling of a hearing instrument is not an examination, diagnosis, or prescription by a person licensed to practice medicine, and therefore must not be regarded as medical opinion or advice.
- This assistive device is warranted to be specifically fit for your particular needs. If the device is not specifically fit for your particular needs, it may be returned to Hearing Benefit Services within 45 days of the date of actual receipt by you, or completion of fitting by the seller, whichever occurs later. This warranty does not affect the protections and remedies you may have under other laws.
- The hearing aid is warranted to be specifically fit for your particular needs. If the device is not specifically fit for your needs, it may be returned within 45 days of the date of actual receipt or completion of fitting, whichever occurs later. The seller will retain $0 in the event the hearing aid is returned within 45 days.
- The hearing aid(s) may be returned to Hearing Benefit Services within 45 days of the date of actual receipt by you, or until completion of fitting, whichever occurs later. If you return the device, Hearing Benefit Services will either adjust or replace the device, or promptly refund the amount paid.
- You are over the age of 18 and have been advised that the Food and Drug Administration has determined that your best health interest would be served if you had a medical evaluation by a licensed physician (preferably one who specializes in diseases of the ear) before purchasing a hearing aid. You do not wish a medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid.
- Upon cancellation, you are entitled to receive a full refund of any payment made for the hearing aid.
- Hearing Benefit Services cannot guarantee your benefits or eligibility with your insurance plan. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company.
02 State-Specific Additional Advisements
The following disclosures are required by law in each respective state. If you reside in one of the states listed below, these additional terms apply to your purchase.
Arizona
- The purchaser is advised that deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, and speech-impaired residents of Arizona qualify for free telecommunication equipment through AzTEDP (Arizona Telecommunication Equipment Distribution Program). For more information, contact the Arizona Commission for Deaf and Hard of Hearing for a policy and procedures manual: 602-264-6876 (Phoenix Area) V/TTY; 866-223-3412 (502 & 928 Area Codes) V/TTY; 602-264-6914 Fax.
- The purchaser has been informed about audio switch technology (also referred to as a "telecoil," "t-coil," or "t-switch"), including benefits such as increased access to telephones and assistive listening devices.
- If this hearing instrument includes a telecoil or automatic telecoil, the purchaser has been informed regarding the proper use of this technology.
Connecticut
THE BUYER HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS PURCHASE OR RENTAL FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRTIETH CALENDAR DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE HEARING AID. A CANCELLATION FEE OF TWELVE PERCENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE MAY BE IMPOSED. ANY BUYER WHO ORDERS A HEARING AID AND LEAVES A DEPOSIT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS OR MORE WITH THE SELLER SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CANCEL SUCH ORDER AND DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF SUCH DEPOSIT, LESS ANY EXAMINATION COSTS, IF THE BUYER IS UNABLE TO INSPECT THE HEARING AID AT THE SELLER'S PLACE OF BUSINESS WITHIN FORTY-FIVE DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE SELLER RECEIVES THE DEPOSIT.
Florida
- Florida Statute 484.051 indicates that any complaint concerning the hearing aid and guarantee, if not reconciled with the seller, should be directed by the purchaser to the Department of Health, Consumer Services Unit, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Bin #C75, Tallahassee, FL 32399-3275; telephone (888)-419-3456.
Georgia
- You have read, understand, and have been given a copy of the refund and return policy. The policy states that, up until the applicable date, you can return the hearing aid(s) for a full refund, a partial refund, or a full or partial credit. The policy also identifies what fees, if any, for services will be refunded or credited when the hearing aid is returned for refund or credit.
Idaho and Louisiana
- You have been advised that this sale is void and unenforceable if the hearing aid(s) being purchased are not delivered to you within thirty days after the date the written contract is signed, or the receipt is issued, whichever occurs later. Hearing Benefit Services shall promptly refund all monies paid for the purchase of the hearing aid(s) if they are not delivered within such thirty-day period.
Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, and North Dakota
- Any examination or representation made by a licensed hearing aid dealer and fitter in connection with the fitting and selling of this hearing aid is not an examination, diagnosis, or prescription by a person licensed to practice medicine in this state and therefore must not be regarded as medical opinion or advice. Further, it is recommended that medical advice from a licensed physician should be obtained.
- The hearing aid(s) is warranted to be specifically fit for your particular needs. You have the right to cancel this purchase for any reason within 45 days after receiving the hearing aid or completion of fitting by the seller, whichever occurs later. If you return the hearing aid in the same condition, ordinary wear and tear excluded, as when purchased, the seller will either adjust or replace the device or promptly refund the amount paid less $0 per instrument.
Maryland and West Virginia
- You may cancel this purchase of a hearing aid within 45 days from the date of delivery of the hearing aid. If you decide to cancel this contract: (1) you must provide notice of the cancellation in writing, within 45 days of the date of delivery of the hearing aid, to the seller at the address of seller; and (2) you must make the hearing aid available to the seller, in substantially as good condition as when you received it. The seller may not attempt to obtain a waiver of your rights to cancel. Cancellation entitles you to a refund of all money you paid.
Minnesota
MINNESOTA STATE LAW GIVES THE BUYER THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE 45TH CALENDAR DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE HEARING AID(S). THIS CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING AND MUST BE GIVEN OR MAILED TO THE AUDIOLOGIST OR CERTIFIED DISPENSER. IF THE BUYER DECIDES TO RETURN THE HEARING AID(S) WITHIN THIS 45-CALENDAR-DAY PERIOD, THE BUYER WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE AID(S).
New Jersey
- You have been advised that your best interests would be served by consulting a licensed physician specializing in diseases of the ear, or any licensed physician, if any of the following conditions exists: visible congenital or traumatic deformity of the ear; history of or active drainage of the ear within the previous ninety days; history of sudden or rapidly progressive hearing loss; acute or chronic dizziness; unilateral hearing loss of sudden onset within the previous ninety days; a significant audiometric air-bone gap; visible evidence of cerumen (earwax) accumulation on, or a foreign body in, the ear canal; and pain or discomfort in the ear.
New Mexico
- The purchaser was advised that the examination and recommendation was made by a licensed hearing aid dispenser, licensed audiologist, or audiology clinical fellow, and not by a licensed physician, and therefore is not a medical diagnosis or prescription.
New York
- In addition to other rights, you have the right to cancel this purchase for any reason at any time prior to twelve midnight of the 45th calendar day after receipt of the hearing aid, by giving or mailing the seller written notice of cancellation and by returning the hearing aid. The seller will retain $0 in the event the hearing aid is returned within 45 days.
Ohio
- Right to Return a Hearing Aid Within Thirty Days and Receive a Refund Under Ohio Law (Section 1345.30 of the Revised Code): A consumer has the right to return a hearing aid for any reason within thirty days after it is originally delivered to the consumer or a person acting on the consumer's behalf, and receive a refund of the consideration paid for the hearing aid, less an amount specified by the hearing aid dealer, physician, or audiologist to cover expenses incurred in connection with the hearing aid, not later than fifteen days after presenting proof of payment for the hearing aid and returning it in the condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear. Under Hearing Benefit Services, the return period is extended to 45 days. In this case, the amount deducted from the refund will be $0.
Oklahoma
- Any examination or representation made by a licensed hearing aid dealer and fitter in connection with the fitting and selling of this hearing aid is not an examination, diagnosis, or prescription by a person licensed to practice medicine in this state and therefore must not be regarded as medical opinion or advice. Further, it is recommended that medical advice from a licensed physician should be obtained.
OKLAHOMA STATE LAW GIVES THE PURCHASER THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON BY RETURNING THE HEARING AID TO THE HEARING AID PROVIDER AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE 45th CALENDAR DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE HEARING AID. IF THE HEARING AID PROVIDER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THIS PROVISION, COMPLAINTS SHOULD BE FORWARDED TO: Oklahoma State Department of Health, 1000 N.E 10th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73117.
Oregon
- It is desirable that a person seeking help with a hearing problem (especially for the first time) consult an ear doctor and obtain a clinical hearing evaluation. Although hearing aids are often recommended for hearing problems, another form of treatment may be necessary.
- Complaints regarding the lease, sale, or attempted lease of hearing aids should be directed in writing to: Oregon Health Licensing Agency, 700 Summer St NE, Suite 320, Salem, OR 97301-1287. Additional Guarantee or Expressed Warranty — Oregon
RIGHT TO RESCIND HEARING AID PURCHASE — GROUNDS FOR RESCISSION — TIME LIMIT — AMOUNT OF REFUND
(1) In addition to any other rights and remedies the purchaser may have, including rights under ORS 646.48 to 646.498, the purchaser of a hearing aid shall have the right to rescind the transaction if:
(a) The purchaser for whatever reason consults a licensed medical physician specializing in diseases of the ear, or an audiologist not licensed under this chapter and not affiliated with anyone licensed under this chapter and licensed medical physician, subsequent to purchasing the hearing aid, and the licensed physician advises such purchaser against purchasing or using a hearing aid and in writing specifies the medical reason for the advice;
(b) The seller, in dealings with the purchaser, committed any act listed in ORS 694.136, or failed to provide the statement required by ORS 694.136, or failed to provide the statement required by ORS 692.036;
(c) The fitting of the hearing instrument failed to meet current industry standards; or
(d) The licensee fails to meet any standard of conduct prescribed in the law or rules regulating fitting and dispensing of hearing aids, and this failure affects in any way the transaction which the purchaser seeks to rescind.
(2) The purchaser of a hearing aid shall have the right to rescind the transaction, for other than the seller's breach, as provided in subsection (1)(a), (b), (c), or (d) only if the purchaser returns the product and it is in good condition less normal wear and tear and gives written notice of the intent to rescind the transaction by either:
(a) Returning the product with a written notice of the intent to rescind sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the licensee's regular place of business; or
(b) Returning the product with a written notice of the intent to rescind to an authorized representative of the company from which it was purchased.
(3) The notice described in subsection (2) shall state that the transaction is canceled pursuant to this section. The notice of intent to rescind must be postmarked:
(a) Within 45 days from the date of original delivery; or
(b) Within specified time periods if the 45-day period has been extended in writing by both parties. The consumer's rescission rights can only be extended through a written agreement.
(4) If the conditions of subsections (1)(a), (b), (c), or (d) and subsection (2)(a) or (b) have been met, the seller, without further request and within 10 days after the cancellation, shall refund to the purchaser all deposits, including any down payment, less 10 percent of the total purchase price. At the same time, the seller shall return all goods traded in to the seller on account of or in contemplation of the sale. The purchaser shall incur no additional liability for the cancellation.
Pennsylvania
- If your rights are violated, you may contact the State Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg, or your local district attorney.
- You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within 45 business days from the above date.
- If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contact or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled. If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale; or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the seller's expense and risk. If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within twenty days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.
Tennessee
- The Tennessee Council for Hearing Instruments Specialists will receive complaints on any matter relating to the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments. The address is: P.O. Box 331307, Nashville, TN 37203-7513.
- Within 45 days of the date of delivery, any purchaser of a hearing instrument from a licensee is entitled to return the hearing instrument for any reason; provided, that such instrument is returned in satisfactory condition, and such purchaser pays only reasonable charges for the hearing instrument and related services. If you return the device in satisfactory condition, the seller will either adjust or replace the device or promptly refund the amount paid less $0 per instrument.
Texas
- If you have a complaint against a licensed fitter and dispenser of hearing instruments, you may contact the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Complaints will go to the Enforcement Division: PO Box 12157, Austin, Texas 78711, PH: 1-800-803-9202, www.tdlr.texas.gov.
- Licensed Hearing-Instrument Dispenser Not Qualified as a Physician: The Client has been advised at the outset of his relationship with the undersigned fitter and dispenser of hearing instruments that any examination or representation made by a licensed fitter and dispenser of hearing instruments in connection with the fitting and selling of the hearing instrument(s) is not an examination, diagnosis, or prescription by a person duly licensed and qualified as a physician or surgeon authorized to practice medicine in the State of Texas and, therefore, must not be regarded as medical or surgical advice.
Virginia
- The right of a purchaser or lessee to return a hearing aid and the charges to be imposed upon the return of such hearing aid, as provided in subsection A of this section, shall be explained and given in writing in at least ten-point, bold-faced type to such purchaser or lessee by the hearing aid specialist.
- The provisions of this section shall be subject to the provisions of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act § 59.1-196 et seq.
- You may cancel this purchase of a hearing aid within 45 days from the date of delivery of the hearing aid. If you decide to cancel this contract: (1) you must provide notice of the cancellation in writing, within 45 days of the date of delivery of the hearing aid, to the seller at the address of seller; and (2) you must make the hearing aid available to the seller, in substantially as good condition as when you received it. The seller may not attempt to obtain a waiver of your rights to cancel. Cancellation entitles you to a refund of all money you paid.
- The hearing aid(s) may be returned to the seller within 45 days of the date of actual receipt by you or until completion of fitting by the seller, whichever occurs later. If you return the device, the seller will either adjust or replace the device or promptly refund the amount paid less $0 per hearing aid.
Washington
WAC 246-828-290: Section 3 — Extension of Rescission Period:
If you notify the seller within the thirty-day rescission period that your hearing instrument has developed a problem that constitutes reasonable cause to rescind the agreement or that prevents you from evaluating your hearing instrument, the seller must extend the rescission period. The rescission period stops running on the date you notify the seller of the problem and starts running again on the date the seller notifies you that your hearing instrument is ready for redelivery. You and the seller may agree to a rescission period longer than thirty days. Whenever the rescission period is extended, the seller must provide you written notice of the last date upon which you may demand a refund and return of traded goods.
03 Legal Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or using the Hearing Benefit Services website (the "Site") or purchasing products or services from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Hearing Benefit Services is a limited liability company duly registered in the State of Hawaii. References to "Hearing Benefit Services," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Hearing Benefit Services.
04 Website Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
- Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful or malicious code.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or servers and networks connected to the Site.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
05 Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or purchasing process.
- Update your account information promptly if it changes.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from unauthorized use of your account.
06 Purchasing Options
Hearing Benefit Services offers hearing aids and related products for purchase through the Site. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- The information you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete.
Important Notice Regarding Order Fulfillment: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. However, your order will not be shipped until you have completed a required pre-shipment consultation appointment with a Hearing Benefit Services specialist. You will receive an SMS and email notification immediately after purchase containing a link to schedule your appointment. Please refer to Section 09A for complete details on the appointment requirement and the order hold policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Subscription Services: Subscription-based services are not currently available. This section will be updated when subscription offerings are launched.
07 Warranty
Hearing aids sold through Hearing Benefit Services may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The specific warranty terms, coverage period, and conditions vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for warranty details specific to your purchase.
Warranty coverage generally includes:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Repairs or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion during the warranty period.
Warranty coverage generally does not include:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation.
- Damage caused by exposure to water beyond the device's rated water resistance.
- Loss or theft of the device.

08 Repairs
Hearing Benefit Services facilitates repair services for hearing aids, both within and outside of the warranty period. Repair costs outside of the warranty will be communicated to you before any work is performed.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage not related to the repair service requested. Please back up any personal settings or data before sending a device for repair, as this information may be lost during the repair process.
Turnaround times for repairs are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and the nature of the repair needed.
09 Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 45 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Custom-molded or specially fitted products may have limited or no return eligibility due to their personalized nature.
- Products damaged through misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product back. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10 Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please Note: Orders will not be shipped until the required pre-shipment consultation appointment has been completed. See Section 09A for full details on the appointment requirement, order hold policy, and automatic cancellation timeline.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
09A Pre-Shipment Consultation Requirement
All hearing aid orders placed through Hearing Benefit Services are subject to a mandatory pre-shipment consultation appointment. This appointment ensures that your hearing aids are properly configured and fitted to your specific hearing needs before delivery.
Appointment Scheduling
- Immediately following your purchase, you will receive an SMS message and email containing a secure link to schedule your pre-shipment consultation appointment with a Hearing Benefit Services specialist.
- You are responsible for booking your appointment using the provided link. Appointments are conducted remotely via telehealth video session.
- Your order will be placed on hold and will not ship until your consultation appointment has been completed.
Order Hold Policy
- Any delay in shipment is solely the result of the customer's responsibility to schedule and complete the required pre-shipment consultation. Hearing Benefit Services will not ship your order until this appointment is completed. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
- Your order will be held for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If your pre-shipment consultation is not completed within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Reminder Schedule: To help you stay on track, Hearing Benefit Services will send a reminder via SMS and email at Day 15 if your appointment has not been scheduled or completed, and a final notice at Day 25 advising that your order will be cancelled if the appointment is not completed by Day 30.
Appointment Completion
- Once your pre-shipment consultation is completed, your order will be released for shipment within 1–2 business days.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation communication.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without rescheduling will not reset the 30-day order hold clock. The clock continues from the original purchase date.
09B Geographic Service Restrictions
The following states require customers to complete an in-person consultation with a licensed audiologist prior to purchasing a hearing aid:

Checkout Certification Requirement
At checkout, customers in Washington or Delaware will be required to check a mandatory certification box confirming the following:
"I certify that I have completed an in-person consultation with a licensed audiologist prior to this purchase, as required by my state. I understand that Hearing Benefit Services relies on this certification and that I am solely responsible for meeting my state's in-person consultation requirement."
By checking this box at checkout, the customer accepts full and sole legal responsibility for compliance with their state's in-person consultation requirement. Hearing Benefit Services makes no independent verification of this certification and shall not be liable for any regulatory non-compliance arising from a customer's false or inaccurate certification.

11 Rental Agreement
Please Note: Rental programs are not currently available. The terms below are provided for informational purposes and will apply when a rental program is launched in the future.
When rental services become available, the following terms will apply:
- Rental agreements will specify the rental period, monthly rental fee, and conditions for use.
- The rented device remains the property of Hearing Benefit Services at all times.
- Renters are responsible for maintaining the device in good working condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair fees charged to the renter.
- Upon expiration or termination of the rental agreement, the device must be returned in good condition.
- Failure to return the device may result in the full retail price of the device being charged.
12 Trademarks

Some hearing aids sold through Hearing Benefit Services are compatible with the Signia app, developed and maintained by WS Audiology. Use of the Signia app is subject to WS Audiology's own terms of service and privacy policy.
Hearing Benefit Services is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or data practices of the Signia app or any other third-party application. We recommend reviewing the applicable third-party terms before using any associated applications.
20 SMS Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Hearing Benefit Services, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your orders, appointments, promotions, and account-related information.

26 Telehealth & Remote Services
Hearing Benefit Services provides remote consultations and telehealth services as a core part of our purchase and fitting process. All hearing aid orders require a pre-shipment telehealth consultation as described in Section 09A. By using our remote services, you acknowledge that:
- A pre-shipment telehealth consultation is required for all hearing aid purchases. This appointment is conducted via secure video session and must be completed before your order is shipped. See Section 09A for scheduling details and the order hold policy.
- Remote consultations may have limitations compared to in-person evaluations.
- You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate device setup for remote appointments.
- Remote services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
