— Terry McDonald

"This Sony hearing aid is an absolutely fantastic hearing aid for anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss. They will easily last all day on a full charge, are simple to set up, very comfortable for all day use, and have great performance."

Your OTC hearing aid will arrive preinstalled with size S (small) click sleeves. If these aren't comfortable, you can switch to one of the other three sizes provided (XS, M, L). Choose a smaller size if the hearing aid presses on your ear or a larger size if it feels loose or makes a whistling noise. Your left and right ears may be slightly different sizes — feel free to use different size sleeves in each ear.
When you're not wearing your CRE-E10 — like when you take it out before bed — set it in the charger. Once placed in the charger, the power will turn off and the hearing aid will begin charging automatically.
