How much does the repair cost?

The repair is $299, or $250 with code JDSKXDH at checkout. That includes the repair and a 6-month repair warranty.

What does the 6-month repair warranty cover?

It's a repair-only warranty: it covers repairs to your hearing aid for 6 months after your repair is completed. It does not cover loss or replacement.

Can I get longer coverage?

Yes. After your repair, your hearing aid is under warranty again, so you can add our Warranty Extension for 12 more months of coverage: repairs at no extra cost, and lost hearing aids replaced for a $299 fee.

How do I send in my hearing aid?

After checkout, register your hearing aid on the page you're taken to. We'll then email you step-by-step shipping instructions.

My hearing aid is still under warranty. Do I need this?

No. If your Signia hearing aid is still under its warranty, repairs are already covered, and so is replacement if it's lost (a $299 replacement fee applies per lost hearing aid). Call us at 808-435-7002 and we'll take care of it.

Does this work for other hearing aid brands?

No. This repair service is for genuine Signia hearing aids only.
